The dinghy is 15 1/2 foot with a proctor mast. |

wierd. what it isn't is any of the american Scow classes, as they pretty much all have bilgboards and twin rudders, not a single centreboard/centre rudder.

My first thoughts was an M-Scow but its a long way from home if it is.
Could it be a Norfolk Punt? Most of them are much longer but I believe there were some built around 16 feet. |
