RACE PROGRAMME
The championship will be a seven race series, with one discard if all seven races are sailed.
Friday 25 July – HW 14.50
2 races – Race 1 start 11.00 am. Race 2 start asap after Race 1.
Saturday 26 July – HW 15.30
2 races – Race 3 start 11.00 am. Race 4 start asap after Race 3
Sunday 27 July - HW 16.10
Crews Race start 11.00. Race 5 start 14.00 – Long Distance Championship Race.
Monday 28 July – HW 16.40
2 races – Race 6 start 11.00 am. Race 7 start asap after Race 6
Tuesday 29 July – HW 17.20
Depending on the level of interest, a downriver cruise in company will be organised with a picnic lunch on the Abertay Sands.
SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Wednesday 23 July
Royal Tay Yacht Club will be happy to welcome campers and visitors from this date.
Thursday 24 July
The Yacht Club will be open for lunches and evening meals and there will be a welcome briefing for competitors at 20.00 hours in the Yacht Club.
Friday 25 July
Commodores reception and live music followed by daily prize-giving at 21.00 hours. Evening meals in the Yacht Club
Saturday 26 July
Helm and Crew cocktail party. Daily prize-giving at 21.00 hours. Evening meals in the Yacht Club
Sunday 27 July
Barbecue and Ceilidh, with the prize-giving at 21.00 hours.
Monday 28 July
The Championship dinner 19.30hours, followed by the Championship prize-giving.
Friday 30 July
The Yacht Club will be open for an informal social evening for competitors who have remained and may have taken part in the cruise in company.
