The Main Open fleet is open to those sailing Optimists conforming to the strict one design class rules, while the Regatta fleet is open to those sailing Optimists conforming to the spirit of the strict one design class rules and replica Optimists, such as the OppyBat, and those who have not won a Regatta fleet event.
